This place is the go-to spot with well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful pool.

Quiet and stunningly beautiful hotel, stayed here for 2 nights and had a GREAT experience. The room was exceptionally good and bright and had good views of the Ocean. It was nice to have climate control, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel television. Every member of staff was great. Everything was excellent and within 22 minutes' drive of Miami International airport.

Great location! It's super close to Fillmore Miami Beach, so you can easily catch a show or concert. the rooms have a cool retro vibe and are so chill. Plus, they have a central cooling system that keeps everything nice and comfy. 🌴

The location is great.

The bathrooms and the carpet in the room are very old and don't smell good.

The location is great, right next to lots of restaurants and all the main attractions in the area.

Breakfast is reasonable, the beds comfortable.

But I didn't like the smell of the room, probably the air conditioning.

have stayed here many times and would love to return. everything was very good, met standards, and the staff were extremely helpful people for that-said manager. they provided a great selection of good choices for breakfast that was included. it was in a comfortable and the best location with collins avenue nearby.

Whenever I'm in this area, I always go for this place. The rooms here are a cool mix of modern and vintage styles, and they come fully equipped with toiletries and comfy double beds. 🌟

The South Seas Hotel is fabulous! Everyone, from the front desk people who were always friendly and helpful to the restaurant staff, especially the great bartender, to the housekeeping staff was amazing. The room was crisp and clean and the pool area was beautiful. Just steps to the incredible beach, the South Beach outdoor cafes, and great shopping/dining on Lincoln Road and Washington Street - it was all right there - fabulous location! And the breakfast every morning was an especially nice touch. We will go back again in a heartbeat!

I've been traveling with my son (9) just regret to not have been informed of the wmf because it is definitively not a good place to be during that week-end with a kid (music from 10 am to 12 pm, women suit very tiny tiny not to say half naked... Drunk people everywhere from the morning till....
